A free service that provides information on state government agencies and referrals to community resources.  Gives information and referral s for financial assistance, emergency housing and food, government/information services, utilities assistance, legal services, child support,  transportation, mental health counseling, family issues, translation services and professional licensing.

Affordable health insurance for working families. Covers immunizations and doctor's visits plus prescriptions, hospital care, lab work, eye care, well baby and well child check ups, speech and hearing therapy, limited home health and nursing care and case management and coordination.

Delaware Oral Health Program
It's purpose is to improve access to dental care and to reduce the burden of oral disease among children in Delaware.

Division of Child Mental Health Services
DCMHS is part of the Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth, and their Families. They provide voluntary mental health and substance abuse treatment services to children up to age 18 when they have no health insurance or have Medicaid and require services more intensive than basic 30 hours of outpatient treatment can provide.
